Just a few steps from Catania's famous fish market and the historic center, Cafiero House was born: a detached house, entirely renovated and finely decorated, on two levels and with the terraces overlooking two different ancient Sicilian courtyards. A 2-minute walk from the area from which all buses depart and arrive but also with easy street parking. Equipped with fast wi fi, Netflix, Prime Video and all the conveniences you may need to feel at home!!!
The Space
Cafiero House was a dilapidated house purchased, as if on a gamble, to create a jewel of design nestled between two courtyards: "i cuttigghi."
To make it as cozy and warm as it is now took a lot of effort: every single piece was the result of a grueling year-long research and was modified, repainted and decorated by me. And so...you will find hanging on the wall a disk full of flowers and moss that was originally the hat of an outdoor stove; the chandelier in the sleeping area was purchased, disassembled, painted and decorated with necklaces and petals; the rattan chairs were all refurbished and colored; all the murals were designed with the intention of highlighting the concept of Sicilianity and to make you move inside a warm environment
The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, you can dine there or move to the small terrace upstairs where you will find a sofa, a pouf/table and an armchair ; the bathroom is conceived as a relaxation area with a large shower and a wonderful water jet; in the living area you can relax reading or watching TV on a comfortable leather sofa and, upstairs, the two sleeping areas are on two different levels, furnished in island style and separated by a small wall that creates privacy
All of this and more was made with the very thought of making those who live it feel good...almost like a gift, a pampering.
