Just a 10-minute walk from the sea, a stone's throw from the monuments, the Baroque and the movida, in the beating heart of Catania, there is an enchanting place inside a 19th-century mansion. A magical house will welcome you in its little garden and immerse you in a relaxing and, at the same time, sophisticated atmosphere. Colors and comfort, past and present, a unique mix capable of infusing energy and well-being. You will be enveloped in silence and greenery while being in the historic center of the city.
The space
You will enter the house from a private courtyard where you will also find your parking space. From a small gate between the flower beds, you will access your small garden and your home. In front of the door, we will leave slippers packed for you, go ahead and use them and make us happy! A spacious living room will welcome you with its study area, should you need to work on your PC, and its designer sofa, where you can enjoy TV or read a good book under the natural light coming in through the large windows. An ancient arch separates the living room from the kitchen where you can enjoy everything you need to prepare your meals and you can decide to use the large indoor table or consume them in the garden. Next you will find a convenient laundry room with washing machine, a bathroom with shower, towels and courtesy kit, and a bedroom with a large closet, warm and designer. You will feel at home and enjoy an excellent vacation!
Access for guests
Guests will enjoy the parking space reserved for them in the building's courtyard and all the spaces in their own garden and house
Other things to keep in mind
The floor throughout the house has been repainted with eco-friendly materials and therefore may get scratched if you drag your bags or inadvertently bring a pebble from the garden into the house. You are therefore requested to use the slippers we will leave at home for you
