RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
The reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a deposit via PayPal at the time of booking equal to 30% of the amount of the stay. This deposit is to be considered by way of deposit upon expiry of the term for free cancellation as per policy cancellation.

Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer at the time of reservation equal to 30% of the amount of the stay at:

The balance of the amount relating to the reservation must be paid 10 days before check-in using one of the methods listed above.

PLEASE NOTE: Bank transfers close to the date of arrival or departure, in case of last-minute bookings, are not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY : Only cancellations received in writing are considered valid.
No penalty for cancellations before 10 days of arrival.
In case of late cancellations up to the day before arrival, 30% of the amount of the stay will be withheld.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of NON-REFUNDABLE, the amount paid at the time of booking will be entirely lost.

VALIDITY OF THE RESERVATION
The reservation guaranteed by deposit and balance is valid until 24:00 of the day of arrival. After the day, if the guest did not arrive or did not communicated changes in check-in time, it will fall within the terms of the no-show, the house will be released and the full amount will be charged for the full stay.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:30 on departure day. For arrivals and / or departures at other times, please contact us directly.

LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE
Delayed arrival and / or early departure still entail payment for all nights booked.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
We accept: Cash payment, payment by Paypal and bank transfer (the latter is excluded in the case of last minute)


CONFIRM APARTMENT
At the time of booking you will be confirmed the chosen house, the floor and the location and length of stay.


MINORS POLICY
Minors can stay in our homes only in possession of the identification / identity document and a proxy from the parent.
